📦 Return & Refund Policy

At Sweet Tee Co., we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

• Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all tags, parts, and accessories included.

• Exclusions: For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items may not qualify for a return. Custom items are non-returnable.

• Process: To start a return, please contact us at sweettees.ks@gmail.com with your order number and item details. We’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear.

• Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
